The Evaluation Version converts each video file only for three minutes, while the Full Version can convert video files without the limit of time.
Q: How to get the Full Version of the software?
You can order our software online. When the purchase is processed, the registration code will be provided immediately and sent to you by email. With the registration code, you can activate the evaluation version and turn to use the full version software.

Q: How to register the software?
After ordering the full version of Clone2Go series software, you will receive the registration code to register the evaluation version. The registration method of Clone2Go series is the same:
Run the software and click Help> Enter License Code. There will be a registration dialog box. Input the name and registration code. Then click "OK".
Q: My registration code is invalid. What shall I do?
Please check the user name carefully whether there is punctuation or other symbols, whether blank spaces are added accidentally and whether the code matches the software type and version.
Q: Does the software need to be registered again when it is reinstalled?
Yes, it does.
What shall I do when I lost my license code?

Q: what shall I do about the software when I get a new computer or want to reinstall it?
A: You may copy the installation software you saved to your new pc or download it from our website. After installation, register the full version using the registration name and code you got before.
Q: Is it free of charge to update the software?
A: Yes, it is free to update the software. The registration name and code you got before is till valid for the new version.
Q: How to merge video clips into one movie?
A: Click "Add Video" to add video files. In video list area of the main window, press the Ctrl or Shift button to choose video files that that you need to merge. Then right click on them and choose Merge Output.
Tips: You can hold the click and drag the file to change the order when you need to change the merged order. If you need to cancel the merging, You can right click on the file list and choose Unmerge Output.
Q: The video and audio are unsynchronized after conversion. Why?
A: Check the original video whether they are synchronized or not. If so, go to "A/V Sync" at the bottom right of the main window. Then choose "default" to make audio sync with the video before conversion or try to switch to "basic" mode. The updated Clone2go tools have more accurate adjustment function to sync the video and audio. Run Clone2go and go to Edit -> Options -> Video, you may find the "Audio/Video Sync", you may adjust it when necessary.
Q: My computer shuts down automatically after finishing video conversion.
A: Run the program, click "Edit" > "Options" and you will see the window of options for parameter settings. In "General" part, cancel the tick. See the below picture.
